Jim discovered his love for spirits after having a cocktail that contained Lagavulin 16 scotch as an ingredient.  A lover of all types of spirits and wine he has developed a keen appreciation for whisk(e)y over the past few years; especially, after joining WBSE.  His love for cocktails hails back to the bygone era of the Roaring Twenties when the cocktail revolution was in full effect.  In his spare time, you will find Jim most likely jamming out to some type of music and savoring some kind of spirit or cocktail at his favorite watering holes.  Jim was born in Miami, but grew up in a small town in Missouri before moving back to Florida in 1997.  A former Florida Probation Officer, Jim now works for the “family” business in highway safety.  He is married with one son.
